SAP APJ is going to have a huge event for the next few days; that is, the Field Kick-Off Meeting, or rather FKOM 08, in short. The annual event is setting its stage at the Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre this year, starting from January 27, 2008 to January 29, 2008.
This massive event provides an excellent platform for employees and partners to foster closer ties and also allow SAP to bring its partner-relationship to greater heights.
There will be several key speakers present at the event, where they will share their strategies and visions for 2010.

According to the agenda, the 3-day event will begin with the opening keynote session held on Sunday, followed by two days of conferencing sessions.
On the third and final day, there will be FKOM 08 High Definition - Party by the Beach, after the closing keynote speech. I'm sure this is very much to be looking forward to, as the party will run from half past 6 in the evening till midnight.
In general, below are some of the main focus for the events:
- Keynotes from Léo, Bill and Geraldine to explain Gameplan 2010, highlight the 2008 strategy, and help leverage SAP's thought leadership
- Panel discussions by Hub Presidents outlining Hub priorities and strategies for 2008
- Motivational external thought leaders to challenge our existing ways
- Breakout sessions providing role-based content that tells us what's new, helps align our messaging, builds or accelerates pipeline, and builds sales skills
- Personal Development Training - Designing a Magnificent Life - Building capacity and renewal in your daily life
- Fun, Networking and Entertainment

well I have just returned from SAP FKOM08. Really a fantastic meeting with the amazing beach party as you mentioned. I am still thinking about last night's excitement although right now 4000Km far from there. Looking forward to next year's FKOM and wish to get the 'Take IT Higher' song at the beginning of meeting.

4000km from there, are you from ANZ? It's a shame that I miss the beach party, as I was not prepared for the attire. Nonetheless, it will be a great year for SAP APJ in 2008 - the time is now.
