Restaurant In The Air - Just for Laughter - December 2007 Issue 03

Posted in

Dining at an exquisite high-class restaurant? Does that make you feel rich or thrilling? Well, as long as you have the cash, it's easy; but do you fancy dining at the top of the world, where your legs stand on nothing but air?

Catch the group of people who managed to do that at the top of the world, supported by chef, and of course, mechanical crane service.

(find out where the feeling food consumption at the top of the world...)

Sitting on the oval-shaped dining table, with the master chef standing in the middle. The only difference is, you are nowhere near earth, as you would normally be.

Enjoying a piece of delicious cuisine prepared by the chef, a shot taken from an aerial view.

Looking from the bottom, a real-life restaurant in the air. The entire weight of the "restaurant" is supported by the crane. Another cable is linked to the side of the table to ensure stability.

This is no PhotoShop makeover. The feet are shown dangling from mid-air. One requirement is that, make sure your shoe fits really well and tight on you. You definitely won't want to end up walking on your sole at the end of the meal.

Un-name Restaurant

Hi mate,

I doubt there is truly such a restaurant that operates like this on a daily basis. No, I don't have the name of this restaurant.

However, if budget is not a constraint, you may want to set up a project to gather the chefs, technicians and mechanics all together to have such an event.

Cheers!
