Working all day long in the office is never good for health, especially if you have to stare on the computer screens for hours. Sitting posture must be right and most importantly, you have to take time off to relax.

With a few good guidelines and animated help from our iconic fitness model, we ensure that you receive the quality exercise for any office working environment.

Take heed! It is never too late to start; you definitely won't want to experience backache and eye-sight problems in the long-term.

Animations Remarks and Instructions
Warming up - breathing in and breathing out
Stretching - to loosen your muscles
Upper body exercise - working from top...
Lower body exercise - moving to left and back
Lower body exercise - moving to right and back
Head exercise - make sure to do the 2nd part
Second part of head exercise - iron head skill
Whole body exercise - level 1
Whole body exercise - level 2
Whole body exercise - level 3
Whole body exercise - level 4 - is the jumping exercise (posing for it is the main idea)
Relax - warming down
Warming down - with a partner always help
