Twitter, the renowned micro-blog site, has just come up with something new! It is called Lists (which is currently in BETA stage). Users may not receive this note, because this feature is only given out to selected Twitter accounts.
Basically, Lists help Twitter users to manage and organise the people that they follow. In addition, it also helps to discover new and interesting accounts, which account owners can link them to the same list, for better management. In other word, it works like categorisation of users.
To start using it, click on "Create a new list". It will bring up a pop-up window (shown below).

Enter the name of the List and you can even set it to "Private", if you don't want any public users to access your list.
Subsequently, you will proceed to add People onto the List that you want to follow (on that category). The best thing I like about List is that it allows me to group together the same field of people who share similar interests.
Well done, Twitter!
