Microsoft Surface - Table Surface Computer

Posted in

The surface computer, also known as Microsoft Surface, has just being unveiled by Microsoft, the software giant.

(check out the new Microsoft gadget...)

The piece of hardware device (shown above and below) has a 30-inch tabletop display under a hard plastic table, allowing people surrounding the table to touch and move objects on the screen. Objects on the screen that are movable include everything from digital image painting to ordering items off a virtual menu in a restaurant.

In addition, the Microsoft Surface also recognises and interacts with devices, such as digital cameras and cellphones, placed on its plastic surface.

Basically, there is no need for the use of a mouse or keyboard at all.
