Google Analytics New Tracking Code

Google Analytics has a new tracking code, but I am not sure how many of you are aware of this. The legacy tracking code uses the urchin.js code, whereas the new tracking code uses the ga.js script.

There is no evidence as to which code is a better one, but chances are the new tracking code could provide Google with more tracking capabilities and to collect more informative data for statistical reports.
