According to Warner Bros Entertainment and Universal Orlando Resort, this 8-ha tourist attraction theme park, located in Florida of USA, will include several artefacts and building structures that simulate the underlying story and authenticity of Harry Potter books and movies, e.g. Hogwarts castles.

Hogsmeade Village
The theme park is expected to cost more than US$200 million and has been forecast to open in late 2009.
The agreement between Universal and Warner Bros is only limited to Florida, where the contract will run for 10 years after the theme park opens. Renewal for two additional five-year terms is possible after the 10-year agreement is up. Furthermore, any deal related to Harry Potter has to be approved by J. K. Rowling.
In the project, three main areas have been selected to be the key focus; Hogwarts castle, Hogsmeade village and Forbidden Forest. In addition, the theme park also includes rides, such as two roller-coasters, a high-tech ride through the imaginary world, Hagrid's hut and a Three Broomsticks restaurant. On top of that, visitors can even buy Butterbeer in Hogshead Tavern, chocolate frogs from Honeyduke's and magic wands from the Ollivanders.
