Our mother nature, Earth, is the only planet currently known in the universe that is capable of supporting lifeforms. Also, it is the only planet in the solar system that is home to billions and trillions of lifes, apart from just mankind.
Over the years, we have been depleting the resources from our very own backyard without really asking ourselves, what would life be like if our earth is unable to provide any more nature resources to fuel energies. Things, such as coal and natural gas, will run dry one day. Whilst we may not be able to impact greatly as an individual, perhaps what we can do is get together and make this realistic. Every little effort counts.
On Saturday, March 28th, 2009, it will be Earth Day. Following the Earth Hour, let us switch off our lights from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. At this time, your light switch is your vote for Earth Hour. So, remember to cast your vote!
