If Microsoft Windows can have a Certificate of Authenticity for each product, why not Ubuntu? MenZa, from Ubuntu Forum, just decided to create one like that and had it released under GPL.
Any users can feel free to copy, edit and distribute the image file (see above). Vector art available here.
