Anne Wojcicki - Captures the Heart of Google Co-Founder

The 33-year old founder of 23andMe, Anne Wojcicki, a smart, approachable and easy-going woman, has captured the heart of one of the United State's richest men and Google co-founder, Sergey Brin. This month has seen the exciting marriage of the couple. According to some unknown sources, the wedding was kept tight-lipped, such that the location was not even made known to the guests.

To safe-guard the secret, wedding guests were made to board the jet owned by Sergey Brin and Larry Page, his fellow Google co-founder. They were unaware of the exact location until they arrived on a private island in the Bahamas.

According to the guests who attended the wedding, the bride was wearing a white swimsuit and the groom was wearing a black one. Where some guests took a boat to a nearby sandbar, others, including the wedding couple, swam to the spot where an exchange of vows took place.

Anne came from a family of high achievers. Her father is presently the chairman of the Physics department at Stanford University, where her mother is a journalism teacher at Palo Alto High School. Anne, herself, is the youngest of the three daughters. She graduated from Yale University in 1996 with a degree in Biology.

Now, the husband and wife, Sergey and Anne, live in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Palo Alto.
